  • Payment history - Look up account balances, amounts past due, payments, and current payment statuses.
  • Account information - Look up account statuses and balances, last bill sent, and last payment sent.
  • Consumption summary - View all pertinent information for each meter, such as last reading and average daily and period usage.
  • Consumption summary graphs - Access graphs by period for the last 36 periods or by year for each meter.
  • Billing history - View due dates, balance forward, details of current charges, current charges, and total billed amounts for 36 months.
  • Service summary - Look up service statuses, start and stop dates, and average charges for service.
  • Service summary graphs - Access graphs depicting the last 12 billing amounts.
  • Billing customer statement - View charges on bills.

    1. 1. QUICK PAY - To make a payment without enrolling or logging in. Enter in your utility account number and a credit/debit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

      2. ONLINE SERVICES - Account holders can create a new online account or login to an existing online account to make payments. Once logged in, click Account Information, then "Make Payments.

    First Time Registering with Us?

    1. Email account is required to enroll.
    2. Go to top of page to Create New User.
    3. Complete the required fields identified with red asterik (*).
    4. Note: The password requires 1 uppercase letter, 1 number and a minimum of 6 characters.
    5. Click on Orange Button to "Create New User".
    6. You will receive an email from C2GAdministrator to complete your registration process.
    7. Open email from c2gAdministrator, click on hyperlink within the email. Once this has been done, a screen will appear that states your account has been enabled. Your registration process is now complete.
    8. You may now access your c2g utility information. Go to https://lees-egov.aspgov.com/Click2GovCX/index.html Home Page. Login using your email address and new password for all future logons.
    9. Use the Select Account Menu (the left-hand side menu) to add your account, then Edit Master, Add Account. Enter your account number. The account number example 000123456-000678999. Add your most recent bill due date using the drop down calendar. Submit.

    Enroll for Auto Pay using your credit/debit card information. Note: Your first bill may or may not draft due to account information being verified with your banking institution. Once verified, your bill will draft and it will show "DO NOT PAY THIS BILL" on the upper portion of your utility bill.

    1. If you had previously stored your credit card information and wish to continue to pay using this method, please be sure to verify your Wallet information. Go to Edit My Profile, then to Maintain Wallet.
    2. If your credit card has expired, you will need to un-enroll from Autopay and re-enroll with new credit card information.*
    3. *IMPORTANT NOTICE: If your utility bill account is currently enrolled into Autopay and has billed, this is considered to be in PENDING payment status. You WILL NOT be able to change your payment information or enrollment status without assistance from our Customer Service Team. Please contact us at (352) 728-9800.

    2. Go to upper right hand "My Profile"
    3. Go to eMail address, update new address

    2. Click on the Reset Password link on the lower left had corner.

    (Quickest Option)
    Answer Security Questions:
            -This option can be done within this same site. Answer the security questions to reset password (The answers are not case sensitive).
            -Once you have answered the security questions, click on the orange Continue Button (lower right hand side).
            -Your password must have 1 uppercase letter 1 number and a minimum of 6 characters.
            -Enter in New Password and Confirm Password. Your password will be updated.
            -At top of page, go to Login. Re-enter your email address and newly established password.

            -This option will send email to your email address with an email link to reset password.
